So, just to let you know what the archives are for, and what they are:
The archive is for old threads that haven't been used for a while or are just pointless.
They are not locked, so to get a thread out of there make a post in said thread and write in parenthesis something like "(I would appreciate it if this could be taken out of the archives, thank you.), and we will take it out as soon as we can (that is, unless we have a reason not to). The archives are organized by category and forums, so it should be easy to navigate in there.
So if something isn't where it was, you should check the archives. Lastly we won't need the archives anytime soon.
