Basically. It's pretty much just there if members want to post pictures of anything in particular (obviously they can be moderated), so they don't make an entire thread just to show everyone a picture of their new puppy or whatever. It's just to avoid the clutter.

Forget it...I can't work the stupid thing, and anyway if you want to post a picture of your new puppy then I'll see what I can do, for art use the art forum.
